Retention Should Be Intentional

Retention is a real struggle in organizations. There are so many reasons why people leave organizations; Better salaries, better shifts, better culture, and growth opportunities. Whatever the reason, what are the things your organization can control, and make better? If you can change any of those things, then you need to make those changes. If your organization is not able to pay more, change shifts, then focus on what you can change. Build around your strengths and spread excitement within your organization. People want to know they matter and have a voice. Give them a voice, let them be your champion. People want to be part of a winning team, make sure your culture is one of success and winning. People will want to be part of something great. This is a struggle, don’t miss the opportunity to get better.
